Our knowlege and experience with both the U.S. legal system as well as the Italian justice system, puts us in a position to offer timely, efficient and valuable legal counseling. 

Over the years we have been asked to provide legal assistance to Italian Americans and Italian nationals visiting America or seeking to do business in the U.S.A.  

To meet our client's needs, five years ago, we began to offer legal services in the areas of real estate, wills and probate of estates, forming corporations, immigration and contracts. 

We have represented Italian companies and individuals seeking to import/export food and clothing and assisted in areas of licensing and trademark protection. 

Here are some examples of work we performed for out Italian Clients:

• We helped a clothing company form its corporation under New York law, prepared a corporate operating agreement and made sure all licenses to do business were in place
• We assisted an Italian restaurant find an excellent location, negotiated the lease and helped obtain their liquor license.  We also advised on issues of labor and employment law relevant to the business
• We represented a two kitchen workers in a claim where their employer failed to pay overtime for work over 40 hours a week.  Under Federal Law, we recovered $140,000 for each.
• Assisted an artist obtain a work visa permitting her to work at a major U.S. company  
• We formed a charitable corporation for a foundation and filed the required documents to obtain 501(c)(3) status with the IRS
• We continue to assist investors and individuals obtain Visas permitting them to work and invest in the United States
